How will people and event staff be encouraged to remember to bring 30+SPF sunscreen, wide-brimmed hats, sun umbrellas, and suitable clothing before the event?
How will people attending and event staff be reminded to reapply sunscreen, wear their hats, and suitable clothing, and seek shade on the event day? (e.g. through PA announcements)
What are you doing to ensure that event staff are able to role model good SunSmart practices and will be safe from the sun on the event day?

I / We agree to pay a refundable bond for use of the Cancer Society, Auckland Division SunSmart Tents
I / We agree to report any damaged equipment
I / We agree to cover the full cost of lost or damaged equipment
I/ We agree that our bond may be kept by the Cancer Society for late, wet or dirty equipment
I/ We agree that the shade equipment will not be used for commercial use
I/ We agree that the shade equipment will not be used as a shelter for tobacco smoking or hot food preparation
* As the applicant representing the organisation borrowing this equipment, I agree to the above conditions from time of pickup until time of return
