Declaration of use -
I / We agree to pay a refundable bond for use of the Cancer Society, Auckland Division SunSmart Tents
I / We agree to report any damaged equipment
I / We agree to cover the full cost of lost or damaged equipment
I/ We agree that our bond may be kept by the Cancer Society for late, wet or dirty equipment
I/ We agree that the shade equipment will not be used for commercial use
I/ We agree that the shade equipment will not be used as a shelter for tobacco smoking or hot food preparation
