Privacy policy

The Auckland Cancer Society respects and upholds your rights to privacy protection under the 1993 Privacy Act by regulating the way in which we collect, use, disclose, hold and destroy your personal information. 

We have a detailed policy and set of procedures to ensure that only authorised staff have access  to your personal information and that it remains confidential and only used for appropriate purposes and in accordance with the policy mentioined above. 

The Society provides the right for an individual to access his or her personal information held by the Society, plus the right to have that information corrected.

 

The Privacy Officer for Auckland Cancer Society is the Chief Executive.
