Donations & Bequests

The Cancer Society receives no direct Government funding, and is dependent on donations from the community. 

Thanks to people who make donations, support our annual fundraising events Daffodil Day and Relay For Life, or people who choose to leave a bequest in their will, the Society is able to provide support and information services to people living with, and affected by, cancer, as well as continued funding for cancer research.

Donations of $5.00 or more are receipted, and are eligible for tax deduction.
